You will be creating a RESERVATION on the system -- no payment needed yet.
When we are ready to process your order (in about a month), we'll send an email that your order is "Ready-to-Pay". You'll have 48 hours to make a payment. Otherwise, the computer will change the status to "Unclaimed" and your position will be given to the next person. You are not obligated to complete your order. Only one open Reservation per person. Once paid, it may take 1-2 weeks to ship your order. More info here.

Can you combine my order from the Cages Store?

Sorry, but it is not possible. We most definitely would if we could, but the Cages store ships out of Connecticut and the Market ships out of Michigan, so it's physically impossible.

How long does it take?

Our fabric products are sewn-to-order. For reservations containing ANY fleece or soft good items, it currently takes about 1 month to receive the email to claim your reservation. Once claimed and paid, it takes about 1-2 weeks for us to complete your order. Orders may take longer during this time due to decreased personnel and increased safety protocols. Please see our "COVID-19 page" for a more detailed update.

Orders that contain only "Ready-to-Ship" hard goods, toys and other items without any made-to-order items usually ship within 2-3 business days. Expect a bit longer during sales and around the holidays. Please understand that we are a small company and we are sewing just as fast as we can to get your orders sewn and shipped as quickly as possible.

Need items fast?

If you order items only from our "Ready-to-Ship" hard goods, select pre-made bundles, toys or clearance items, without any made-to-order items, those usually ship within 2-3 business days. We have a long list of items that would make great gifts for you or your cavy enthusiast.

Can I track my shipment?

We print the shipping label as soon as we are finishing up your order. The tracking number is emailed to you as soon as we PRINT the shipping label and is not trackable until it’s scanned at the carrier's terminal. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking to display on the shipping carrier's site.

We ship our packages using USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on the size/weight of the package and where it's being shipped to. Transit time takes about 1-5 business days. Expect a bit longer during sales and around the holidays.

International Shipping?

Yes, the Market store ships internationally and we use USPS to do so. It usually takes 7-10 business days for international shipping time.

International shipping cost at checkout is in USD and is for transportation only. Customary sales tax and customs fees may be billed to you by the carrier. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what costs to expect upon arrival.

Getting your package

All shipping times are estimates and can vary based on the carrier. We are not responsible for packages taking longer than expected. Please track your package. The longer you wait to report a lost package, the harder it is to trace it.

Our Cancellation Policy

Please contact us right away if you need to change or cancel your order. We strive to fulfill orders as soon as possible and often begin cutting Made-To-Order products the same day orders are paid. We work hard to accommodate all customer needs, however, a 15% restocking fee may apply to any Made-To-Order items (most fleece items) once "In Production" even if canceled before we ship them. A 3% fee also applies to any partial or full cancellations since our merchant processor no longer reimburses transaction fees on any money we refund to you.
